ECC is a very flat organization which means that every department reports directly to the chairman & there are no organizational levels between the base & the top of the structure hierarchy.
Such flat organization helps us in:
- Taking fast actions & decisions.
- Staff interaction as in a family.
- Eliminating bureaucracy in dealing & administrative routines.
Our staff size is almost 60 persons serving in different organization functional areas as:
- Dealers Sales
- Administration
- Accounting
- Logistics
- Importation
- Show Room Staff
- Service (SVC)
All of the above divisions are supervised directly by the chairman.
